Development of a chemical analytical center for quality control of medicinal products

The purpose of the project is to attract investments for the development and implementation of new quality control standards for medicinal products in terms of determining the composition and structure of their components in order to harmonize the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine with the requirements of European Union directives, as well as conducting quality monitoring in order to prevent falsification of medicinal products. The further development of methods of quality control of medicines and their components requires updating and developing the material and technical base of the authorized center. In the conditions of martial law, there is an extremely important need to promote the production of high-quality domestic medicinal products, increase their competitiveness, protect the interests of Ukrainian manufacturers in the domestic market of medicinal products of Ukraine, and prevent counterfeit products from entering the Ukrainian market. NTC “Institute of Monocrystals” has the status of the country’s leading scientific institution in the field of analytical support for the quality control of medicinal products and their components, in particular in X-ray structural analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma, and the creation of technologies for the production of original medicinal products that is confirmed by the status of the authorized center for quality control of medicinal products of the State Service of Ukraine for medicinal products and drug control.
