Development of a chemical analytical center for quality control of medicinal products

The purpose of the project is to attract investments for the development and implementation of new quality control standards for medicinal products in terms of determining the composition and structure of their components in order to harmonize the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine with the requirements of European Union directives, as well as conducting quality monitoring in order to prevent falsification of medicinal products. The further development of methods of quality control of medicines and their components requires updating and developing the material and technical base of the authorized center. In the conditions of martial law, there is an extremely important need to promote the production of high-quality domestic medicinal products, increase their competitiveness, protect the interests of Ukrainian manufacturers in the domestic market of medicinal products of Ukraine, and prevent counterfeit products from entering the Ukrainian market. NTC "Institute of Monocrystals" has the status of the country's leading scientific institution in the field of analytical support for the quality control of medicinal products and their components, in particular in X-ray structural analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma, and the creation of technologies for the production of original medicinal products that is confirmed by the status of the authorized center for quality control of medicinal products of the State Service of Ukraine for medicinal products and drug control.

Energy use of biogas and its derivatives

Create a pilot project for the production of biomethane, commercial carbon dioxide and (optionally) hydrogen for further distribution in Ukraine. Biogas fuel can be used to generate electricity and heat in cogeneration plants and for use in road transport.

Technologies for reproduction of technogenically disturbed soils as a result of military actions

The technology of reproduction of technogenically disturbed soils as a result of military actions is proposed. The introduction of modern methods of improving the biotrophic properties of the soil and the development of methods of waste-free utilization of secondary raw materials, including plant by-products, are foreseen. Modern technologies of chemical and phytoremediation of soils will be applied on synecological grounds to reproduce soil fertility. Domestic nitrification inhibitors will be introduced to optimize the nitrogen regime of soils

Technology of waste-free ammonium semi-dry desulfurization of flue gases

Effective reduction of emissions of polluting substances is one of the main factors in the functioning of modern heat energy. The use of ammonium compounds in the semi-dry desulfurization of flue gases will allow not only to obtain more than 96% efficiency, but also to produce dry ammonium sulfate (fertilizer). The project envisages the creation of a pilot industrial installation of ammonium semi-dry desulfurization at a power plant.

The latest technologies for manufacturing power cables

The latest methods and electrical technologies for the industrial production of world-class domestic power cables for voltages up to 400 kV to restore and increase the resistance of Ukraine's powerful power lines to critical electrothermal and mechanical damage. The latest technologies for the industrial production of self-supporting insulated wires to improve the safety, environmental friendliness and resistance to extreme conditions of aerial power lines.
