Energy-efficient multi-fuel burners

Purpose

Increasing the energy efficiency of fuel gases by means of multi-fuel burners of different capacities designed to burn natural gas, coke oven gas, coke-blast mixture and some other gases by means of their interchange without changing the flow planes.

Tasks

• preparation of design documentation for multi-fuel burners of various capacities;
• pilot production of equipment and its testing.

Description

A number of industrial enterprises, such as the steel industry, generate various waste gases that can only be burned in one type of burner. This limitation often leads to the need to burn these gases in a flare plant.
The project envisages the creation of multi-fuel burners of various capacities designed to burn gases: natural, blast furnace, coke oven, coke-blast furnace mixture and some other gases without changing the flow planes. If necessary, it is automatically switched to natural gas as a backup.
