Purpose
Створити програмний симулятор 32-кубітного квантового процесора
Tasks
- cтворити дослідний зразок симулятора 32-кубітного процесора, який має цифровий, нечіткий та квантовий режими роботи;
- інсталювати та налагодити його на кластері СКІТ-4 Інституту;
- продемонструвати можливості на певних типах обчислювальних задач;
Description
Digital quantum simulator is designed to solve such problems:
- Lack of a Ukrainian quantum computing simulator.
- Need for training specialists in the field of quantum computing
- Expanding the application of quantum computing.
- Increasing the speed of computing clusters through the implementation of simulators (quantum accelerators).
- Improving algorithms for calculating “classical” problems by implementing quantum-like algorithms.
Fields of prospective use
- Education of students and PG students (universities).
- Science: development of efficient computational quantum-like algorithms and creation of the software libraries for solving certain classes of mathematical problems.
- Testing said algorithms to detect quantum supremacy.
- Use a quantum (software) accelerator as part of computing clusters (supercomputers).
